Kirsty Ainslie

Kirsty is a member of our nursing team at Purleigh who joined us in 2023. In her spare time she enjoys country walks and being outside on the farm in the tractor. Kirsty currently has 2 horses called Kingston and Woody, 3 cats called Sooty, Winnie and Cracker and the newest member of the family ,Benelli, a gorgeous Labrador puppy.

Rebecca Rowe-Wakeling

Rebecca qualified in 2021 and joined the team in July 2023. She enjoys all areas of nursing but has a keen interest in anaesthesia. Rebecca loves to help nervous and afraid animals feel relaxed and settled when coming into practice.
Outside of work Rebecca enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her friends, family and her 5 dogs and 4 cats

Ella Farrell

Ella joined the team while finishing her training in November 2021 and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in March 2022. Ella enjoys all aspects of her job and is looking forward to progressing with further qualifications in the future. When not at work, Ella enjoys travelling, spending time with her horse Nico and socialising with friends and family. You would also catch her sitting down on a Sunday for the Formula 1 Grand Prix’s.

Jacqueline Jones

Jackie joined our team in 2022 as a part time nurse, she enjoys her job and spends her spare time with her family.

Lauren Valentine

Lauren joined our team in early 2019, she is now training to become a Veterinary nurse. In her spare time she trains her Belgian Malinois in obedience. Lauren enjoys behavioural consultations or, alternatively, emergency surgery. Lauren cares for 2 horses, 2 tortoises, 4 dogs and 3 cats so is always busy in and out of the practice.

 

Maria Boxall

Maria joined us in 2019 as a receptionist before becoming a Veterinary Care Assistant and is now training as a Veterinary Nurse. Maria has a special interest in caring for our exotic patients and small furries. In her spare time she enjoys reading as well as caring for her house bunny and spending time with her husband.

Tara Sanderson

Tara joined Edgewood in 2006 and qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 2010. Tara has developed her skills as a diabetes adviser and is the practice’s champion here on the topic. Tara works part time at our Burnham branch and spends her spare time with her dog, her husband and 2 children.
